How will I know if you received my order?
Once an order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This will include the order number & the total cost of your order.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Orders for parts that are in stock typically ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends). You should receive your order within 4-5 business days.
How do you ship orders/Can I choose which carrier you use?
We ship via FedEx, USPS, UPS and if you are local, we even have Will Call Pickup available. The shipping address will determine the available shipping methods and costs for you to choose from.
Do you offer expedited shipping on your site?
Expedited shipping options through FedEx are available. Costs will be calculated by the carrier based on weight and location. The available options will be made available during the purchase process.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover cards. Sorry, we are not able to offer C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) as an option.
Can I return an item?
Yes, we do accept returns for most items. To initiate a return on your order, please contact storesupport@cpeauto.com with your order information and specify the item(s) you wish to return.
