Shipping is available in United States and territories and Mexico (select locations). Shipping to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Mexico (select locations) may incur additional shipping time and costs.If you need to place an order for any of these or other locations, please contact us at 1-877-338-0999 during business hours (PST).
Shipments will only take place Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Please refer to the dates and shipping rates listed during checkout for your expected shipment and delivery dates as well as any delivery charges.
Standard Ground Shipments will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receiving the order.
Express Shipments placed AFTER 1PM will be shipped the following business day.
Express orders count business days ONLY and do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays in the delivery time.
Parts do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Full Name and Order No., and mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
We reserve the right to optionally extend the processing time beyond fourteen (14) days due to high order volume, severe weather or other force majeure event.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
